The Enlighten Project is a student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the digital divide in education. We do so through a variety of different efforts—our team works to provide customized and personalized support to each of our initiatives.

How are we different?

There are LOT of educational nonprofits out there. But at The Enlighten Project, we believe in personalized support. We dedicate weeks or even months to meeting with the communities we aim to help, carefully assessing their unique needs. Then, we recruit volunteers specifically tailored to these initiatives. While our central team is small, our actual volunteer base spans over 14 countries. We believe in well-researched, customized support to ensure that we give the help that each initiative really needs.
